Job Description:

We are looking for a highly-skilled Personal Injury Attorney who is barred and located in New York. With at least 2 years of experience, including courtroom prowess and a strong focus on plaintiff personal injury law, you could be the strategic addition we need. This role offers the excitement of a hybrid schedule, allowing for both in-person impact and remote flexibility.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic caseload, focusing on automobile and premises liability cases within New York.
• Navigate all phases of litigation and pre-litigation processes for personal injury cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and collaborate with clients and partners to advance injury claims.
• Engage in the court approval process, ensuring compliance with all legal procedures.
• Prepare cases for various phases, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate with paralegals, the disbursement team, vetting team, and other departments for seamless case management.

Requirements:

• 2 years of attorney experience with a significant focus on personal injury.
• Must be barred in New York.
• Plaintiff side experience in personal injury cases.
• Courtroom experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Case Management (Clio) is preferred.
• Organized & adept at navigating challenges.
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
